Pricing:

The final price will be determined as a function of the selected material, joinery, complexity of design, and selected R-value for the exterior wall and roof panel.

If you chose to buy only post and beam frame, the cost would be Can $40-$60 per square feet of the main floor in the project. Timber will be rough sawn Eastern species (Pine, Spruce,...) Joinery will be combination of traditional Tenon & Mortise and hidden metal connectors.

The basic shell construction (above post & beam frame plus insulated exterior wall with R-25 and insulated roof with R-50 would cost around Can $150-$200 per square foot of the main floor in the project, delivered at your construction site. Arrangement will be made for the assembly.
